What is Herbal Medicine?

Herbal Medicine is a healing system based on the traditional use of  plants and plant parts (flowers, leaves, roots, seeds) to support the  body to maintain or return to health. It treats the whole person not  just the symptoms, and is gentle yet powerful.

Herbal treatments can  take different forms including tinctures, teas, powders, capsules, or  creams.
